The Ankle Buoy helps you realize full body rotation by connecting the shoulders, core, and hips all the way through the legs. Body alignment extends from fingertips to toes, so while traditional buoys are nice, placing a buoy at your ankles brings your feet to the surface of the water and eliminates uphill swimming.
