• Custom-made or decorated items may take 2 to 10 business days to process before shipping.
• If your decorated item is ordered during a club window, it will be processed after the window closes.
• For club-decorated caps, production may take up to 5 weeks once the order window is finalized.
• Club-decorated sublimated suits may require up to 5 weeks for production and completion.
• Shipping times are in addition to this processing period.

If you selected delivery through your club’s equipment manager, distribution to you will depend on your club’s internal schedule, as well as the processing time of other members’ orders and the closure of ordering windows. Delivery through the team equipment manager is only available during pre-defined ordering windows set by the club.
