StrechCordz Resistance Stationary Swim Trainer

The Stationary Swim Trainer is designed for in-place resistance swim training while using lane lines, to train for proper hip rotation and stroke rotation. Allows multiple swimmers to occupy one lane at the same time. Coaches can assist with positioning and stroke while swimmer is stationary. Use in home swimming spas where jets are not too powerful. 

• Processing Time: 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri)

• Local Delivery (Ottawa NCR): 2–7 days — $10 on orders under $70, $8 on orders from $70–$99, free over $99

• Canada-Wide Shipping: $10 standard (3–7 days), $30 express (1–2 days), free on orders over $125 (excludes remote areas)

• Pickup Available: Daily 8AM–8PM

• Tracking Provided: Via email after shipment

• Team Portal Orders: Method and rates depend on club-selected method
